Secretary of the Navy Sean Stackley is an American engineer and former naval officer. He has served as the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition.

Chief of Naval Operations John M. Richardson:

Chief of Naval Operations John M. Richardson is an Admiral in the Untied States Navy. He has previously served as the Director of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, the Chief of Staff for the US Naval Forces Europe, and the Chief of Staff for the US Naval Forces Africa.
